On the 8th of October 2009, We Had a Grand Plan

"The future is more exciting as prospect of investing in a house in Tagaytay has been seriously considered by my friends of 5 years. Here goes the conversation moments ago while drinking beer as we ponder and ambitiously planned for it."

"In 10 year's time, we should have already saved about 4 million each for the barkada/weekend getaway house (more of mansion since the barkada consists of 12 individuals). Each barkada member must have their own room. Apart from this, the house must have a movie theatre room (which can be converted into a karaoke stage/bar), conference room, penalty room, gazebo, garden, swimming pool with fountain in the middle (as suggested by Maine), a garage or parking space for at least 8 cars, one guest room, slides for the pool connected to each member's terrace (assuming the bedrooms are in the second and third floor), hall of fame and others I cannot recall."

"Rules and guidelines must be followed accordingly such as no lending of spare keys even to the spouse; use of the house should be notified to all barkada members etc. Let us see where this ambition will lead us. We will have to consult with the remaining 8 members of the group about the proposed plan."
