The Best Cassave Cake: Ree Chichie

Disregard the tacky box, folks. Honestly one of the best (if not, THE TOP/ BEST) cassava cake I have ever tasted. Even better than Ralo's Cassava Cake.

What I like:

• Soft cassava cake even when refrigerated
• big buko pieces  you can actually see some from the photo
• cheese topping overload
• perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness (from the cheese)
